Earth Hour goes global in 2008. An hour is the best we can do? We have to admit, it is a start. Well, not many, but the design of this swimsuit, by Speedo will at least cause FINA(the international governing body for swimming) to consider changing the course of the future. After 8 records were broken in 5 days, FINA is talking with Speedo to try to determine if there is anything unfair or performance enhancing about the suit.
